Happy New Year and welcome to 2021. We're excited to be in a New Year and hopeful that all the experiences we had and the lessons we learned in 2020 become great character building opportunities in 2021.

We're taking a different approach to the concept of New Year's Resolutions this year. We're setting aside the whole "New Year, New You" mentality and just focusing on bettering certain aspects of our lives, a little bit at a time. This article in Apartment Therapy gives insight on how you can gracefully ease into something new without shocking your system.
If you're someone that doesn't get the whole New Year's Resolutions thing, or where it came from, you're not alone. Our curiosity led us to this article, sharing the history of resolutions. They were started 4,000 years ago by Babylonians - so for thousands of years, humans have felt pressured to make resolutions!
